A combined approach to achieving self-awareness

Coaching allows us to co-create a space in which you get to explore your strengths, your blocks, your goals and how you can achieve them. As part of this process we can use a number of methods, models and tools and these are described below. How each one combines and relates to your life and work will be unique to you.

The Hogan Psychometric Method

The Hogan Psychometric model is a series of science-based assessments which reveal your key personality traits.  The three assessments identify your strengths and key qualities (HPI), underlying values and motivators (MVPI), and your blindspots under stress (HDS). Together these create an invaluable understanding of your behaviours and responses, and a clearer awareness of how others perceive you. It’s a fascinating, sometimes challenging process, but the results can be life-changing.

GESTALT_COACHING.jpg

Gestalt Coaching

Gestalt means 'pattern' or 'whole' and in coaching, the emphasis is on relating to you as a whole person, observing how you pull back from, or come towards certain situations. Gestalt gives us the freedom to explore your reactions to situations and people in an intuitive way, tapping into your innate sense of what is going to move things forward in the best possible way.
