Why I do it

Victoria is motivated by her ability to support senior managers within the city to maximize their leadership skills and manage themselves in a gradually more difficult environment.  Trading and Sales people are increasingly lacking in energy and focus and the role just isn’t as fun as it used to be.  Victoria supports managers to develop their leadership qualities and define their goals and find clarity Focus and Direction for themselves and their team and to put a spark back in their business.
